Like an insurer, we pursue the full range of the international Marine Insurance business. We work entirely independently and fully authorized on the basis of power of attorneys deposited at the Chamber of Commerce in Hamburg. Signing insurance policies und settling possible claims are carried out on the account of the authorizing insurer. For these kinds of services we also co-operate with several national and international insurance companies.

According to the historical development, the exceptional task of an underwriter lies in the analysis of risks, the calculation of premiums, the agreement on conditions, the settlement of claims and recoveries, and in the organization of business administration.
